摘要 采用三種預合金粉末HFl、HF2、HF3混合作為鋸片胎體材料,共設計了8種不同配方的金剛石小鋸片進行干切花崗巖的試驗,實現了金剛石小鋸片在工作層高度范圍內從開始到壽命結束全過程干切花崗巖。本文探討了幾種預合金胎體中金剛石參數設計的合理范圍,分析了預合金粉末胎體對于干式切割鋸片的作用。研究發現,鐵基、銅基預合金胎體對金剛石能產生一定的冶金,能夠提高胎體對金剛石的把持能力,使鋸片在干切過程中,金剛石能夠正常有效地刻取巖石。并對同一鋸片做了干濕切對比,結果表明對于小尺寸金剛石鋸片,干切的壽命明顯高于濕切壽命,提高了鋸片的利用價值。(金剛石與磨料磨具工程2009年第一期)
Abstract Pre-alloyed powder HF1/HF2 andHF3 were used to make matrix of diamond saw blade. Eight different kinds of matrix formulas were designed for dry cutting experiment of granite. Rational ranges of diamond parameter in some pre-alloyed powder matrixes were discussed and the effect of pre-alloyed powder matrix on the saw blades for dry cutting was analyzed in the paper. The research results showed that iron and copper pre-alloyed powder can generate metallurgical bonding with diamond grits,thus improve the holding ability to diamonds. When dry cutting diamond can be used well and effectively. The same diamond saw blade was used to do the contrast test under dry and wet conditions. The results showed that, for small diameter diamond saw blade the life is longer in the dry-cutting than wet thus can improve the value in use obviously.
